Companies that meet the following criteria are particularly interesting to us:

• Skilled and committed team
• Clear and understandable business model
• Business can be scaled up
• Competitive edge or innovative technology

We do not have industry limitations. The investment sweet spot is to gain a 15–35 % minority stake in the target company and a right to appoint a board member. Additionally, Kempinvest Oy will always require a shareholder agreement securing certain investor and minority shareholder interests.

A typical investment ranges between 50 000 – 500 000 € equity, but bigger investments are also possible.
